Practical information for visa application 비자신청에 유용한 정보

·         Walk-in application is no longer allowed 예약 없이 비자 신청이 불가합니다.

 

·         Rescheduling appointment must be done until the appointed date otherwise you will not be able to reschedule and it may cause to take refund process and make fresh application.

비자신청 예약일 변경은 반드시 예약 당일 까지 (가능하면 당일 오후 내) 변경하셔야 하며 예약일이 지나간 경우 예약 변경이 불가 합니다. ( 해당 신청서 환불 신청 후 새로운 신청서를 작성해야 하는 번거로움이 발생할 수 있음을 유의하시기 바랍니다.)

·         Mandatory visit to UK Visa application centre for children under 5 to provide a digital photograph 사진촬영을 위한 5세 미만 자녀의 센터방문 필수

·         TB test – Applicants who have been legally resident in the UK or other TB low risk countries more than 6 months are not required to submit TB test however, DMC (Decision Making Centre) will require it if, necessary.

6개월 이상 결핵 저위험 국가에서 머물었으며 그 나라로부터 한국에 돌아온지 6개월이 지나지 않은 경우 결핵 확인서를 제출하지 않아도 되지만 심사 직원이 경우에 따라서는 추후에 요청할 수 있음을 양지 바랍니다.

Note: In normal circumstances, processed application (passport) will arrive at the centre the next day it is sent to Seoul from Manila (around 11 am)

Spouse – Marriage Certificate / Children – Family relationship certificate (replacing birth certiciate)

·         Please be present at the Visa application centre before 15 minutes from appointed time otherwise you may reschedule your appointment or wait for long time to submit your application.

예약 15분 전으로 센터에 오시기 바라며 늦을 시 예약 변경이 불가피 하거나 장시간 기다릴 수 도 있음을 유의하시기 바랍니다.
